This policy explains how Sishi Group handles personal information you choose to send through this website. We aim to handle it in line with South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
Who is responsible for your information?
Sishi Group is responsible for enquiries sent through this website. For privacy questions or requests, email hello@sishigroupo.co.za.
What information does the enquiry form collect?
The form asks for your name, email address and message. You may also provide a business or brand name. Please do not include passwords, payment details or other highly sensitive information.
How do we use it?
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, discuss a possible project and keep necessary business records. We do not use the form to sign you up for marketing messages.
Where is it processed?
When this site is deployed with Netlify Forms enabled, your submission is processed by Netlify and made available in Sishi Group’s Netlify site dashboard. If email notifications are configured, a copy is sent to Sishi Group at hello@sishigroupo.co.za. Netlify may process information outside South Africa. Netlify’s own privacy terms also apply to its processing.
If you choose the WhatsApp link, WhatsApp handles the conversation through its service. Sishi Group receives the message and details you choose to send. See WhatsApp’s legal and privacy information.
How long do we keep it?
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and manage the related business discussion, and longer where a legal or record-keeping obligation requires it. You can contact us to ask about information we hold about you or request a correction or deletion, subject to applicable law.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not currently use analytics or advertising tools. The site’s hosting provider may process basic technical request information to deliver and protect the site.
Your rights
POPIA may give you rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and to raise a complaint. Contact us first at the email above. You can also contact South Africa’s Information Regulator.
